Out of balance tyres can lead to vibration through the steering wheel or resonating through the whole car, as well as increasing tyre wear and being potentially unsafe.
Puncture Repairs
If you've had a tyre puncture in Narooma, the most important thing is to fix it by removing the punctured tyre and fitting your spare, making sure you're safely off the side of the road and out of danger. The critically important step is to repair or replace your punctured tyre as soon as possible, particularly if your spare tyre is a space saver or speed limited tyre. Whether a tyre is repairable will depend on where the puncture occurred. Punctures that are less than 5mm in diameter, and that are within the central 3/4 of the tread of the tyre are likely to be able to be repaired, but make sure you drop by with the punctured tyre and we can give you a professional appraisal.
